In fact, it changed my life so much that I founded @simplyonpurpose, and now teach positive parenting to a community of over 650K families. Why do we fall into power struggles? The real hidden reason? FEAR. We get stuck in a pattern that is driven by fear. We're afraid of what could happen if we aren't in charge, and our kids are afraid of never actually getting to BE in charge.
