Why bedtime routines matter so much 🥱

The meltdowns, whining, sibling fights, and struggles with focus or emotions all seem much bigger when kids aren’t getting enough sleep. Sleep impacts children’s mood, behavior, learning, growth, and emotional health—which is why bedtime routines matter so much. When kids know what to expect at bedtime, it helps their bodies and brains feel calm, safe, and ready for sleep. And kids are much more likely to follow routines they helped create themselves!
